Production and processing methods of composite fabrics
Composite fabrics are made by laminating after selecting face fabrics, lining fabrics and films.
Hot melt adhesive is used to bond the face cloth, lining and film. Generally, the bonding process is irreversible and must be successful once. There may be some problems during processing, such as poor lamination fastness, fabrics that are easy to tear, or wrinkles during lamination, and air permeability that is not up to standard.
The face fabric and the lining fabric can be randomly combined according to the existing textile fabrics, and different combinations can realize different functions of the fabrics; the film can be made of TPU, ePTFE and other materials according to the air permeability requirements.
