What is cotton yarn-dyed brushed?
Yarn-dyed:
It is to dye the yarn first, and then weave it into fabric, so the printed fabric will be clearer than ordinary flat screen and rotary screen printing.
Brushed:
It is a post-processing procedure, which is to brush the woven fabric to make the cloth surface feel plush, soft, comfortable and warm to the touch.
Cotton yarn-dyed brushed:
It is a fabric with excellent warmth retention and comfort. It uses pure cotton fiber as raw material. After the yarn is dyed, the warp yarn is made of thick double-ply yarn, two ply, two upper and two lower twill weaving methods. The needle rubs the cotton fibers on the surface of the cotton yarn to form a layer of fine and soft fluff covering without revealing the texture, which makes the contact with the skin more appropriate and natural, bringing a delicate feeling almost like cashmere.
