In addition to its poor quality and volatile elasticity, spandex elastic yarn is also affected by many external factors.
1、 Enzyme powder during fermentation and washing
As enzyme powder is a multi-component compound, the difference of its internal chemical components will affect the elasticity loss of spandex, especially the anti dye powder component. The enzyme powder used basically does not have this phenomenon.
2、 Sodium hypochlorite (bleaching water)
Because spandex itself is not resistant to chlorine, it will cause great damage to spandex elasticity in the process of chlorine bleaching, and the concentration of bleaching water, pH and other reaction speeds will also play an important role in spandex elasticity damage, which will cause great damage in heavy bleaching.
